What We’re Looking For? 🤓

  • 3+ years of proven experience selling complex SaaS products/services
  • A hunger for growth and curiosity to be part of our scaleup journey
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Top-notch problem-solving abilities
  • Experience within coaching, leadership or management

Your Role on Our Team? 👨🏻‍🤝‍👨🏻

  • Own the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing & handover
  • Target ICPs across multiple industries and regions
  • Build your sales pipeline through creative outreach and inbound leads
  • Customize our Data-driven Sales CRM to meet customer needs and demo it online and in person
  • Negotiate to win bigger, faster deals, smashing your targets along the way

Requirements?

  • Bachelor’s degree 🎓
  • Driver’s license 🚙
  • Ready to work from our Stockholm office 🎈
  • Fluent in Swedish and English 🎭
  • A track record of smashing sales targets 📈

Reporting & Growth
You’ll report directly to Max, our Sales Manager & Director, with regular 1:1s and be part of the Revenue Operations team (Sales, CS, Marketing & Product). Prove yourself, and we’ll support your journey from AE to Sales Leadership!
