As our new Project Manager in Global Operations Development based at our headquarter in Copenhagen, you will be leading important projects to develop and improve our value chain, distribution centers, and service offerings towards our customers.

You will be responsible for all the disciplines within project management to deliver projects either individually or as a team successfully on time, in scope and within budget.

You will be leading projects or sub-streams and ensure they are well managed from problem definition and scoping as well as project planning to execution including the realization of benefits. Therefore, you will:

  • Scope projects from discussions and ideas to a defined problem statement and scope
  • Own project planning and be responsible for project timelines and deliverables
  • Secure resources through all project phases with resource managers and manage project scope challenges in a valuable manner
  • Ensure high-quality problem solving and develop insights by making use of both own skills and other team members’ capabilities
  • Ensure fact-based decision making through fact packs, business cases, and additional analyses
  • Facilitate workshops and lead key project meetings, including steering committees
  • Provide continuous and on-time updates of scope, resources, risks and financials
  • Ensure communication is suited for all levels in the organization and is shared in a frequency and format that satisfy stakeholders through the entire project period
  • Secure high engagement within project team and stakeholders
  • Contribute to the team’s performance and collegial spirit

A self-starter mindset and strong problem-solving skills

We are looking for a proactive, humble and structured Project Manager who is great in connecting with people and enabling our change journey. You have project management experience combined with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Furthermore, we imagine the ideal candidate as someone with:

  • A relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree within Project Management, Supply Chain Management, business, strategy, engineering, economics or similar
  • More than 5 years of experience from project management, logistics, supply chain management, consulting or other relevant positions
  • Experience working in an international/global environment
  • A strong communicator with the ability to communicate across different functions and organizational levels
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and highly collaborative, fast paced environment
  • A team-player attitude and the ability to secure alignment with energy across all organizational levels and functions

Your new team
You will report to the Director of Project Excellence and work closely with team members in the Project Excellence team located in Copenhagen, Hamburg, and Baltimore. Furthermore, you will collaborate with colleagues in our regional operations, a variety of functions across Pandora’s value chain and external vendors to secure successful project execution.
