About this opportunity

Welcome to the Tech Customer Engagement – Corporate Service Domain. We add value by ensuring transparency, insights & storage of all customer interactions for Corporate Customers to provide exceptional customer experience.

This includes e.g.:

  • 360 degree view of Nordea customers – Loans, Profitability, Deals, Interest Rate Hedges, International Payments, CO2, what-if analysis, etc.
  • Growth & Digital Sales support – Suggest relevant products (cross sales) based on other customers with similar profiles, etc.

The job is located in the Corporate Service Area serving customers in Nordea’s Business Banking and Large Corporates and Institutions business area.

As a Technology Product Lead and Team Leader for CRM and Analytics you’ll play a valuable role in growing our organization and driving the vision towards first class CRM, Analytics and AI capabilities.

In practice, the job consists of two parts:

  • Technology Product Lead
  • People / Capability leader

As a Technology Product Lead you will take ownership of CRM & Analytics and it’s overall performance. This includes ensuring our current applications are stable & compliant (RUN) while continuously improving functionality (Change). You will through close collaboration with the business be part of growing the future vision (Business, Technology, Architecture), ensure we are in control of our financials, and become a single point of contact from Technology towards CRM and Analytics.

As a People / Capability leader, you will perform leadership tasks related to employee lifecycle such as hire for vacancies, manage regular performance and development reviews, develop and motivate your team members to ensure that you have a high performing team leveraging on industry best practises and other administrative tasks related to employees and external consultants.

The team is consisting of Software Developers and Testers located in Denmark, Poland and India.

  • Have passion for leadership – either as an experienced leader or you are eager to become a leader

  • Have experience working with Software Development (Primarily Microsoft Tech Stack)
  • Are able to make complex ideas easy to understand and to turn information into actions
  • Want to grow your knowledge within AI
  • Practice coaching, counselling and guidance
  • Build strong relationships (both with your team members, peers and leaders around Nordea)
  • Are curiosity to learn about the Customer Engagement domain

Your experience and background:

  • A relevant university degree (Engineering, data science, mathematics, economics or similar)
  • > 3 years of experience working in or with IT projects close to business stakeholders
  • Great communication skills and experience working with diverse teams
  • A proven excellent track record from your existing job
  • Proven experience from working with CRM / Analytics / Customer Insights is a plus
  • Advantage with experience within the Business Banking or Large Corporates and Institutions business and/or IT domains
