Then here is the opportunity to take on a new position within our Global Product Management Strategy & Insights team working with product management and innovation in a market-leading position.

A unique opportunity where you will play an active role in innovation activities such as front-end innovation and new business development activities and participate in pre-studies for new product and market opportunities.

Here, you will be working in an agile environment which requires a more iterative approach.

You will be a part of a dedicated team of diversified employees with professional skills in strategy development, product management, product marketing and insights.

This role will be based in Hørsholm and some international travelling can expected.

Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for driving insights generation and analysis based on qualitative and quantitative data and ensure relevant input to the strategy development of our future product categories. Part of your job will be within front-end with a more agile development approach.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Capturing trends and performing specific analysis
  • Generating category-specific competitive insights
  • Collecting, designing and customising different analysis to serve as input to product strategies
  • Using data and insights to create strategy development where you illustrate strategic implication and give advice on the future direction of new business areas
  • Presenting ideas, strategies and new products to the local sales companies and larger customers and getting their input.

Who we are looking for
You will be naturally curious and proactive in your approach to gaining information, providing solutions and recommendations, and you are driven by continuously moving things forward.

It is important that you can navigate within a matrix organisation with many stakeholders and that you can drive results in this type of environment.

You have a relevant degree combined with some years’ experience working with product strategies in a global organization.

You have a strong analytical profile and a commercial and strategic mindset – In addition, you master data modelling methods to identify market potential and develop business case models to be used for decision material.

Furthermore you:

  • Have a structured and analytical approach to task solving, and you take pride in being thorough and detail-oriented in your work
  • Are a self-driven person with a strong drive, getting your energy from working in an ambitious and knowledge intensive team – where results are reached through collaboration with others and dedication
  • Speak and write English effortlessly.
