Continuous Improvement Specialist

AJ Vaccines is excited to announce that we are hiring two Continuous Improvement Specialists: One for Polio Manufacturing and another for our BCG production site. These roles offer a unique opportunity to drive impactful changes in critical manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

As a Continuous Improvement Specialist, you will lead initiatives within your specialized area to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Portfolio Management
  : Oversee portfolio management to ensure projects align with strategic goals and business objectives.
• LEAN and Process Improvement
  : Lead LEAN and continuous improvement projects to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Technology Integration
  : Evaluate and integrate new technologies to improve manufacturing processes and scale production capacities.
• Risk Management
  : Identify and mitigate risks throughout project execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  : Foster collaboration and best-practice sharing across departments to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Performance Monitoring
  : Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who have:

• An advanced degree in Engineering, Science, or Pharmacy.
• Certification in LEAN or Six Sigma (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt).
• Proven experience in continuous improvement, LEAN methodologies, and strategic project management in GMP-regulated environments.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business transformation and process optimization.
• Proficiency in statistical software like JMP
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
