We are looking for an experienced PIM Consultant to strenghten Solteq's Advisory team in the area of Product Information Management (PIM)
The position
As a Senior Advisor, you represent Solteq as a digitalization expert and trusted business partner to our clients. You ensure that Solteq fully understands what our customers need to succeed and assist in shaping a path to that future using Solteq's products and services. You maintain a business-first approach to digital transformation through direct dialogue with business leaders and owners on the client side. While the business perspective is your main focus, you also possess the technical understanding to guide the selection of appropriate technologies for solution development.

You are involved in Pre-Sales offer development, pre-study projects, management consulting, concept creation, and act as a business advisor on ongoing customer cases. Additionally, you play a key role in providing thought leadership on important digital business topics, both for the market and within Solteq. With every assignment, you are expected to help Solteq Advisory evolve and become an even better version of itself.

Your focus area of expertise and passion is Product Information Management (PIM) and its role in overall business solutions.
You

• You have a leader-mentality. You are inspiring, persuasive, professional, and passionate - with an eye for the big picture and an ear for what maybe hasn't been said aloud.
• You have hands-on experience with leading PIM consultancy projects and have been part of multiple PIM implementation in the context of digital business solution deliveries.
• You also possess great communication and collaboration skills and know how to utilize these skills to get things done.

We expect that You

• Have at least 5-7 years of professional work experience related to the PIM domain area.
• Have deep knowledge of the PIM scene, best practices and top solutions in the market.
• Are an expert when it comes to digital sales and retail.
• Have worked with many different business models, incl. manufacturers, retailers, wholesalers, B2C, B2B2X, D2C, Marketplaces.
• Have an excellent level of English both written and spoken.
• Are motivated to develop the PIM-related portfolio at Solteq to meet our and customers' future digital business needs.

• Are willing to travel both within Finland and internationally.
• Can take on the role of project manager for smaller initiatives.
