We are looking for a new colleague for our P&O Operations team as the Novo Nordisk Foundation is growing and we are expanding our team.

The position is in Hellerup/Tuborg Havn, and you will report to the Director for P&O Operations, Rewards & Data Insights. In the team we are currently 5 employees working with P&O Legal, Rewards & data, global mobility and P&O admin. You will become part of the P&O department, which consists of 14 dedicated and ambitious colleagues supporting Novo Nordisk Foundation, our fully owned entities and LIFE foundation in P&O matters.

As a senior specialist in P&O operations, your role is to support Novo Nordisk Foundation and our fully owned entities with P&O admin support and to support the Foundation in establishing entities abroad. We are in search for a new colleague who can contribute to the global expansion by focusing on well-defined lean global P&O processes and on global P&O operation support

What will your main responsibilities be

  • Support the design and implementation of a future-proof Global P&O Operations operating model
  • Ensure high-quality employee administration, e.g. employment contracts and addendums, promotions, on- and offboarding process in close collaboration with your P&O colleagues
  • Maintain and ensure correct employee data
  • Provide data reporting to relevant internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead and support optimization and automatization projects and new initiatives
  • Provide excellent and lean mobility admin support for our organization in collaboration with external vendors
  • Contribute to various HR projects (e.g. update policies, support annual HR wheel activities, develop further use of our HR system)

About you
As a person you are service minded and solution oriented, you are structured and systematic in delivering on your tasks in a thorough and efficient way. You have a high level of attention to detail and finalize your tasks within the agreed deadline. You are a good communicator and enjoy looking for new ways of working to work smarter. You like working in a purpose driven environment with a large interface. You are a team player, who can both initiate and finish tasks independently and you enjoy making a difference together with your colleagues.

We imagine that you have:

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ hands-on experience with HR administration and employee relations preferably from a global organization.
  • Solid knowledge of Danish employment law and familiar with GDPR rules and have experience with employment contracts, legal documents and compliance matters.
  • Good IT skills, experience working with IT tools and able to navigate smoothly in MS Office. We use Cornerstone as our workforce platform. You are tech savvy and motivated by how we can benefit from technology
  • We imagine that you hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business administration, legal or similar, however your education is not paramount.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English which is our corporate language.

If you also have experience with working with the below mentioned bullets it would be a plus but not a requirement:

  • Onboarding of employees from outside Denmark.
  • International entities and vendors for global P&O Operation setup
  • P&O data and reporting
