Key Requirements/What you bring

• Have advanced command of English (written and spoken)
• Have minimum 8 years of experience
• Very good knowledge in policy details to be able to read different current account statements, to be aware of the details of the documents used during the trade
• Attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills and experience in decision making, being a good communicator / Ability to decision taken
• To be able to inform/guide other departments regarding claim processes within the company.
• To be able to direct the claim processes insureds, Brokers and Agents

Key Responsibilities/What you do

• Responsible for the management of the Claim files for the assessment and settlement phases and also setting the correct reserve amounts
• Responsible for the reporting of the claims
• Communication with the Stakeholders about the claim related issue
• Close contact with the Collection department on the Claim file related information
• To have detailed information about the policy wording
• To be able to explain the reasoning behind the decisions taken to the stakeholders
• Guide other departments on the claim delated issues
• Completing the claim file with all the relevant documentation
• Analyzing the claims parallel to the policy conditions, and setting the liability amounts
• Keeping the KPI's for the service levels especially in the assessment and settlement processes
