About the role

The Smart Infrastructure business comprises six business units- Service and Solutions, Grid Software, Electrification and Automation, eMobility, Electrical Products and Building Products. The business unit Electrical Products is a global supplier of products and solutions for low voltage power distribution networks. Its portfolio comprises digital power monitoring solutions as well as products for switching, protecting, monitoring, and controlling of low voltage loads.

As the Nordic Head of Electrical Products (EP) you will represent EP in the Nordic countries and in the Baltic as well as in the Nordic management team. You are expected to lead and maximize the profitable and sustainable market exploitation through developed market strategies and maximum customer satisfaction. You represent the Business Unit in the Region Nordics as well as you are acting as a strategic partner of the regional business unit within Headquarters.

Main responsibilities:

• To lead, manage and oversee the Nordic EP unit.

• P&L responsibility for the business unit.

• Create high performing teams in a diverse and multicultural environment.

• Adapt to a continuously changing world and market need.

• Ensure and lead the organization to achieve sustainably financial results and processes.

• Secure an optimal organizational structure and regional presence.
