Job Description
We are looking for a student worker with abilities within digital tools and data visualization to join Workplace Solutions & Operations (WS&O). WS&O has a broad and global responsibility for security, travel, maintenance of buildings & assets, workplace creations etc. across 14 countries and within both Offices and factories.
In your job as a student worker you will help us with our digital tools as well as with the structuring, visualization and communication of our performance. You will communicate with and work together with the global team to ensure the proper use of tools and development of our executive reporting.

Core Responsibilities

  • You will help colleagues globally with the use of our different digital tools.
  • You will help to drive data collection, aggregation, interpretation and visualization.
  • You will support in building dashboards and reports using PowerBI and other data visualization tools.
  • You will engage with colleagues globally to quantify and verify data accuracy to ensure communication to our main stakeholders is correct.
  • You will help to organize and build a data hierarchy to ensure a robust reporting system.
  • You will potentially interact with our stakeholders to help broaden the reach of our executive reporting.

You will work within a dynamic and ambitious setting where we want to professionalize and become more data driven as an organization. You will work closely with the global team to setup our tools the right way, to support change management based on implementation of new tools, to build a holistic view using data visualization that allows WS&O to make informed decisions on our performance as well as communicate the progress. You are expected to work independently with Power BI to prepare the data visualization reports with sparring support from the central team.

Do you have what it takes?
It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker. Further:

  • You are a student in an IT or business Intelligence related field or equivalent working experience.
  • You are able to work mostly independently with tools and data sources and producing the relevant outputs.
  • You are curious by nature and eager to learn more.
  • You are able to work up till 15 hours per week in the team.
  • Advanced competency with Data visualization tools i.e., Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Monday.com is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform is a plus (Automate and Power Apps).
  • Python/R/SQL a plus but not necessary.
  • Attention to details.
  • Familiarity with data modelling and principles regarding data architecture.
  • Advanced competency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to aggregate multiple data sources to generate and maintain data lakes.
  • Fluent in English – in reading, writing and speaking.
