Product Data Analyst
Stibo DX
Right here at Stibo DX! In this pivotal role, you will get to influence the future of the products we build for major players in the media industry.
And you will get to do so in a brand-new role where you will set up the structures and tools to create a holistic view of our product data to enable data-driven decision-making across the company.
“You’ll have a lot of impact, as we don’t want to just improve on what our customers are doing now – we also want to advise them on what to do in the future,” explains Chief Innovation & Product Officer Mark van de Kamp.
Become part of an international and collaborative setting
At Stibo DX, we offer editorial platforms for the media industry. We are a global company and have offices in various locations as well as a hybrid work environment – which means that you can be based at our office in either Copenhagen or Aarhus, Denmark, or Hamburg, Germany.
Regardless of where you will be joining us, you can look forward to becoming a part of an international Innovation & Product team of around 17 colleagues working on UX, product management, innovation, and product enablement. Based in Denmark, Germany, and the Netherlands, we enjoy collaborating via Teams and Slack but also make sure to meet in person for workshops.
Create the data overview for all our products
In this role, you will be overall responsible for creating a holistic overview of the performance of all our software products. This requires close collaboration with a number of colleagues across functions such as product managers, business analysts, engineering, UX, Sales, and Marketing as you:
- Collect and manage data from multiple sources on user behaviour, customer surveys, sales performance, and data capabilities
- Create dashboards to visualise these various numbers
- Carry out performance analysis on product performance, looking at e.g., adoption rate and product P&L
- Are involved in the decision-making process to prioritise, which features to prioritise for innovation
A few years of experience with data analysis
We are looking for a critical thinker who can create structures for and a holistic view of our data – and how to interpret it. Moreover, you are curious about the products and their value propositions, and you are a strong communicator who can work cross-functionally. Finally, we imagine that you:
- Have a few years of experience with gathering and visualising data, perhaps from a software company in a product role
- May have a commercial or computer science background
- Are familiar with Excel and data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Are fluent in English
