Head of PR
Creating strong and compelling stories about Netcompany in the media in Denmark and across Europe is critical to Netcompany’s future success. Do you thrive on handling broad media attention in Denmark and breaking through to the media in other markets in Europe? If so, join us as our Head of PR and impact our growth in international markets.

Role and responsibilitiese
You possess an energetic yet calm approach to your work, easily handle many tasks and stakeholders, and can keep your cool in a crisis. Additionally, you are a good colleague who enjoys being part of a strong team, can collaborate across disciplines, and can navigate vertical collaboration.

You will refer to Netcompany’s CCO, Le Gammeltoft, and work closely with leadership.

Role and responsibilitiese:

• Sparring and advising management on PR and Public Affairs
• Liaise and support Netcompany’s local offices in market-specific PR activities
• Leading a team of PR professionals across Netcompany’s local offices in different European markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts
• Prepare press releases, media kits, and other PR materials

About you
You have a strong background in PR or journalism and have practical experience working with PR in a multinational organization. You are used to working at a strategic level and yet still very hands-on and can navigate through different levels of stakeholders. The small PR department in Denmark is part of a bigger Marcom department, and you will work closely with marketing and social media.

To fill the role of the Head of PR we imagine that you:

• Have extensive experience in journalistic work
• Experience with financial reporting – preferably in a C25 or a listed company.
• Strong understanding of the political landscape and workflows at Christiansborg
• Experience in driving and leading PR internationally in multiple markets with dedicated PR staff already in place
• A broad network of journalists – an advantage if you have networks in the markets where Netcompany operates
• Understanding of working with PR in a large international organization with many internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with employee management
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
