Are you ready to figure out where your expertise truly fits within a global finance setup? And do you want to join a 2-year Graduate Program tailored to your skills and interests? Then look no further!
As a Global Finance Graduate, you will go through three rotations of 8 months. The first one will be in finance at our HQ in Ballerup, then you transfer to a financial department outside Denmark, and then you come back to HQ, but in a different department.
Joining our Graduate Program September 1st, 2025, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow Graduate batch.
With multiple subsidiaries across the globe, we are sure to find a role abroad that matches GN’s business needs as well as your skills and interests. Throughout, you will be assisted by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve.
The team you will be part of
… will differ very much, depending on where you will spend your rotations. You will be exposed to as many different parts of our business as possible – even business areas outside of finance if you and we see the right match. But if you know where you want to specialize from the get-go, we will do our best to meet your wishes as well.
Also, you will become part of a network of 15 fellow graduates. Some will also be working within Finance while others are exploring areas such as Engineering, Marketing, Business, IT, or Supply Chain Management.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
- Engage in diverse areas such as financial planning and analysis, pricing strategies, M&A, sustainability, strategy, and financial optimization in collaboration with the business
- Gain international experience by working for 8 months in a local office in countries like Germany, France, the USA, Singapore, or Spain
- Enhance your analytical skills and apply your theoretical knowledge to real-world corporate challenges
- Build a professional network and interact with our managers and executives – being a part of a Graduate Program with historical very strong GN career track record
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:
- Hold a relevant master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Economics, International Business, Accounting, or a related field, with good academic performance
- Have up to 1 year of post-graduation experience, including internships or student roles (not mandatory)
- Are eager to learn and navigate tools like SAP, Power BI, OneStream, SQL, Python, MS Excel, and PowerPoint, or already possess proficiency in these
- Take ownership of your tasks and maintain a high standard of quality
- Are open to constructive feedback and actively seek opportunities for learning
- Strive in a high pace and dynamic environment favoring high degree of change readiness
- Have international experience through internships, study abroad, or volunteering. If you lack this due to circumstances (e.g., COVID), please specify

The recruitment process
After application deadline, selected candidates will be invited for an online interview and abstract reasoning test. Those who are selected to continue the recruitment process will receive a personality assessment and be invited for the in-person Graduate Assessment Day, taking place February 6th at our HQ in Ballerup.
