About the job
We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to join Business Area Wind’s international Offshore HR team.

Our key task as People&Culture Business Partner at Vattenfall are to work very closely with our leaders in reaching their goals, driving the people agenda for the different departments, participating in leadership discussions and contributing & executing the people and culture and business strategy of BA Wind.

In this position you will report to the People & Culture Head for BU Offshore and you will be part of an international and diverse team of People&Culture Business Partners.

Your profile
You will be working in a truly international context, where your main responsibilities and tasks are the following:

  • Support Senior P&C Business Partners in driving the HR strategy and act as P&C Business Partner towards a dedicated management team.
  • Supporting management team and the Senior P&C Business Partner in tactical P&C related topics and assignments.
  • Support and challenge Senior leadership and act as trusted advisor in the development of their organization and their leadership in a rapidly growing business.
  • Drive and facilitate the recurring HR annual wheel such as performance management and salary review.
  • Works collaboratively with Centers of Expertise, HR Service, Country Partners and other HR Business Partners across the HR function to provide HR solutions to the business. Support and ensure the implementation of new ways of working.

What we are asking:

  • Ability to effectively navigate in a complex matrix organization
  • Experience with facilitating workshops and presenting for senior stakeholders
  • Experience for being a trusted advisor and good influencer
  • Demonstrable experience in leadership and organizational development.
  • Relevant experience working in an international organization and being able to manage remote teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Fluent in English.

As a person you show initiative and you can both challenge and support the organization. You are not afraid to initiate and implement change and you have a can-do mentality. You combine this with an analytical and structured approach and are capable to work on many things at the same time.

You can handle the dynamics of a transition period: you have a positive mindset and think in opportunities rather than in problems. Furthermore, you thrive in complex environments and quickly get your head around complex topics.

You consider People & Culture as an integrated part of the business and invest in your understanding of the business.

Location

The preferred location of the position is Kolding or Hamburg. Travel to the main offices of BA Wind will be required. For work life balance and sustainability reasons, travelling is limited as much as possible.
