Job Description:
As the Senior Business Development / Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading strategic growth initiatives, developing key partnerships, and driving sales strategies in the R&D market and with OEMs. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, overseeing the implementation of sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets, ensuring that ATLANT 3D continues to expand its market presence and impact.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to align our offerings with customer needs and market demands. This is a cross-functional role where you will work directly with relevant departments to drive operational efficiency, business growth, and product development. Your goal will be to ensure alignment, efficiency, and engagement at all levels, helping us build scalable, efficient operations while empowering teams across the company.

You will report directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing and collaborate closely with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage Key Initiatives:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the R&D and OEM sectors.
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships aligning with the company's growth objectives.Oversee the Implementation of Sales Strategies:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for our nanofabrication equipment targeting the R&D market.
  • Create tailored proposals and offers for OEMs and other companies that can benefit from our technology.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and effectively position ATLANT 3D's solutions.Analyze Data and Provide Insights:
  • Utilize digital tools and CRM systems to track and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Gather and analyze customer insights to inform sales strategies and improve customer satisfaction.Develop and Implement Continuous Improvement Processes:
  • Develop and implement processes for continuous improvement and operational excellence in sales and business development.

Must-Have:

  • Academic Background: Degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in business development or sales within high-tech industries, preferably semiconductor equipment.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment across departments and successful delivery.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with digital sales tools, CRM systems, and data management platforms.
  • Digital Savvy: Comfortable with digital tools and technologies, with a track record of successfully leading key initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire others across various levels of the company.

Good-to-Have:

  • Startup Experience: Experience in startup environments and navigating dynamic and evolving settings.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Experience with lean methodologies and process improvement tools.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable, proactive mindset with experience in high-growth environments.
  • Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships across various functions within the organization.
