Your role is Engineering Manager for our Cloud Platform teams. Join an organization passionate about cybersecurity and empowering businesses and individuals to stay safe in the digital world. Lead a talented team to deliver innovative security solutions. If you're passionate about security, technology, and leadership, we want you on our team!

Your day to day:

You’ll have ownership over:

• Lead one or more Cloud Engineering teams of 7-15 engineers.

• Work closely with product management and the team to deliver the strategic roadmap.

• Ensure 24/7 cloud operations and manage costs.

• Drive delivery of cloud solutions, DevOps, automation, and site reliability.

• Implement KPIs and best practices for cloud delivery and operations.

• Ensure compliance with SOC2 and other certifications.

Your professional toolbox:

• 5+ years of team leadership experience.

• Strong technical background with AWS or Azure.

• Experience in cloud operations, cost management, and compliance.

• Proficient in DevOps, automation, and site reliability.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• MS in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
