About the Marketing Team
Our Marketing team is a creatively diverse- and very skilled group of professionals, who’re dedicated to enhancing our presence both digitally and physically. Working closely with our E-commerce and Retail teams, we strive to grow engagement by our creative representation of the NAKED Copenhagen-brand.

About your role in the Marketing Team
As a Creative Producer at NAKED Copenhagen, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, driving the creation of cutting-edge concepts that reflects our brand’s DNA. From original editorials and social media campaigns to high-profile brand collaborations, you will be the driving force behind innovative projects that elevate our presence in the fashion and sneaker industry. Reporting to Troels Skjelbo, our COO, you’ll work with a talented group of colleagues and collaborate across teams to bring bold, fresh concepts to life.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the position as a Creative Producer will include:

  • Lead the development and execution of in-house original creative content for editorials, social media, brand collaborations, etc. from start to finish.
  • Manage all aspects of a project from beginning to end, including scheduling shoots, updating the content calendar, hiring talent, and negotiating contracts.
  • Managing and keeping budget by creating and updating production schedules, communicating with vendors about rates and availability, and supervising staff.
  • Overseeing all aspects of production including casting, location scouting, equipment rental, and contacting vendors for services such as catering or hair styling.
  • Communicating effectively with producers, directors, editors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborating with creative professionals to produce high-quality content that meets and exceeds expectations.
  • Management and supervision of on-set photo/video shoots. Ensure cast and talent are happy and productive on set.
  • Skilled in creative direction as well as knowledge of best practices.
  • Work cross-functionally across in-house teams; graphic design, social, and creative to deliver on all strategic objectives.

Ideal skills and qualifications we believe in supporting a positive journey in this role:

  • Extensive experience producing photo shoots and video shoots from pre- to post-production.
  • Motivated problem solver who is proficient and comfortable navigating ambiguity with light supervision.
  • Curious to understand NAKED Copenhagen's DNA and values while also being able to push the development by bringing fresh perspectives.
  • Critical thinker who can exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience in/knowledge of the fashion/sneaker industry
  • Experience of possessing great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Structured in terms of working on several projects at a time by keeping tight deadlines
  • Available on a flexible schedule and willing to work outside regular “office hours”. For example, nights and weekends (as needed where applicable i.e.. Events or meeting project deadlines). This may or may not be required on a regular basis but is mandatory when needed.
  • Professional communication skills in English are a requirement. Mastering Danish is not a requirement.
  • A valid driver’s license.

About your role in our CPH Flagship Store
As the Assistant Store Manager, you will play an important role in the establishment, sales monitoring, and development of our concept store in close collaboration with our Retail Manager. Your leadership and support on execution on strategic directions and inventiveness will be key in making the store a groundbreaking reference in the sneaker world.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the position as Assistant Store Manager will include:

  • Customer Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Skill Development: Act an ambassador on developing sales skills and participate in relevant sales training.
  • Opening & Closing Procedures: Support the store’s opening and closing processes, ensuring all protocols are followed.
  • Content Creation: Support the process of content creation initiatives for the store, which is in alignment with brand standards.

  • Stock & Inventory Oversight: Gain insights into stock and inventory management processes to support store operations effectively.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in Danish and English.

Social Media Intern
We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Intern to join our dynamic E-commerce team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to unleash your creativity by crafting engaging social media content, while gaining hands-on experience working on exciting social media campaigns and strategies together with our Social Media Manager and Creative Team.

Your tasks and responsibilities in the position as a Social Media Intern will include:

Planning & Scheduling: Assist in developing the weekly social media calendar and scheduling posts across different platforms, ensuring content is posted at optimal times to maximize reach and engagement.

Content Creation: Work closely with the team to brainstorm and produce attention-grabbing content, with a strong emphasis on short-form videos tailored for Instagram and TikTok.

Social Media Campaigns: Collaborate with the Social Media Manager in conceptualizing and executing innovative social media campaigns, leveraging the latest trends to grow our audience and increase brand awareneness.

Research & Analysis: Seek information and knowledge on emerging social media trends, conduct competitor research, and perform keyword analysis to help refine content strategies and enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:
