HR Manager
Our HR Manager at Hartmann´s headquarter in Gentofte is retiring, which means there's an exciting opportunity for someone new to take the lead! If you want to shape HR practices across a global organization and work closely with regional teams to create alignment and synergy, this could be the perfect role for you.

We're looking for a motivated HR Manager with great people skills and strong communication abilities. Someone who can work independently and juggle multiple HR tasks effectively and lead HR efforts including recruitment for HQ and sales offices across Europe. You'll report directly to the Group CFO, serving as the HR Manager for HQ while supporting our Sales & Marketing teams in Europe.

Your responsibilities will include handling job postings, conducting personality and cognitive assessments, and managing various HR administrative tasks as:

• lead the Performance Review process across Europe
• annual implementation of the company’s gross salary agreements
• conduct the annual employee satisfaction survey at HQ and for European management, including data collection and reporting to leadership
• conducting the annual salary review
• calculate the Gender Pay Gap for the Gentofte location and collect Gender Pay Gap data from Hartmann units worldwide for the ESG Team
• develop company policies and coordinate with HR Managers across Europe
• drafting employment contracts, terminations, and contract amendments.
• administer the company’s car leasing across Europe
• administer the pension scheme with PFA
• administer health insurance with Gjensidige
• administer the Whistleblower system and whistleblower cases
• administration of company credit cards.

Your Qualifications:

• You have a long and proven experience in HR management, preferably in an international setting.
• You have strong knowledge of recruitment, HR systems and processes, and employment law in general.
• You are experienced with employee assessments, salary reviews, and benefits administration.
• You are open and kind with enormous integrity and among employees and leaders, you are the preferred “go to” person in all HR respects.
