People Operations Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced People Operations Manager to join Fritz Hansen
As our new People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for everyday people related tasks and support our leaders and employees. You will be the driving force behind fostering engagement, collaboration, and inclusion across Fritz Hansen, helping to cultivate a positive and productive work environment. You will work closely with our PA, who will provide support in drafting employment contracts and our payroll is outsourced, to strong partners across different countries.
Your responsibilities will be very diverse as we are covering many areas, but your key responsibilities will be:
- Operational tasks: Support leaders and employees globally with everyday people-tasks such as leave, yearly salary adjustments, employment law, updating our policies, updating our employee database etc.
- Recruitment support: support leaders within recruitment from defining job ad to onboard our new colleagues.
- Employee Engagement Survey: Handle our yearly EES and initiate actions in close collaboration with our leaders.
- Sustainability related tasks: Work closely together with our colleagues in Sustainability department to ensure a strong implementation of CSRD.
- Fritz Hansen training academy: Develop and update e-learning modules that creates value across Fritz Hansen.
- Our Intranet: Maintain and update our new Intranet with relevant communication across our company.
You will report directly to our CFO and work closely with a wide group of great colleagues. We are located in our beautiful Headquarter in Allerød in a stunning workplace with Danish design icons everywhere. Strong experience within people operations
Since we are a Danish design company with a worldwide presence, we require that you possess prior experience in roles within organizations with a multi-site international structure. Your educational background is not that important to us, for us it’s important that you have:
- Worked within the field of People operations or a similar role
- A strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
- Interested in seeking new experience e.g. within the field of CSRD
- Great communication stakeholder management skills
- A proactive approach to improving People processes and driving employee engagement
- Fluent in Danish and English both verbal and written
