HR Business Partner

As HR Business Partner with overall responsibility for Denmark (both salaried and hourly paid employees) the Nordics, Singapore, and Australia, you will be responsible for the daily operation of the full Employee Life Cycle and the yearly HR wheel. You will be part of a global team of 6 colleagues, reporting to the Global HR Director.
You will work closely with and have sparring with leaders at all levels. You will also play an active role in implementing strategic initiatives supporting the development of our culture and business. Besides, we all take part in further development and anchoring of our HR system together with continuous improvement of our global HR processes.
You will be evaluated based on your daily interactions and outcomes with the leaders as the successful completion of the projects you are responsible for.
Your experience and skills
We imagine that you bring
- 15+ years of experience as HR Business Partner, HR Manager/Lead from a global organization
- Previous experience from a company having collective agreement preferable an industrial group
- Demonstrated proficiency in effectively communicating with senior management and international stakeholders.
- Fluent proficiency in both written and verbal Danish and English
- Have experience in utilizing data to deliver tangible value to the business
- High business acumen
- Insightful understanding of human behavior and strong conflict management skills
- Good facilitation skills, diplomatic skills, and sense of cultural differences
- Experience working with the Occupational Health and Safety Committee (AMO)
