Global Collaboration and Team Integration:

• Part of a global sourcing team: You will become an integral part of our global sourcing team, working closely with colleagues from different parts of the world.
• International teamwork: Collaborate with team members from Scandinavian countries, the UK, Poland, Portugal, France, and beyond.
• Sourcing Team Romania: Our Romania sourcing team is responsible for delivering IT consultants to clients worldwide, providing you with the opportunity to work on projects for diverse international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of recruitment process starting from identification of resources from the market to onboarding of the candidates.
• Ability to manage and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Close cooperation with Bestshore Sourcing Director and Sales department.
• Provide periodic status reports to the management team.
• Mentoring and onboarding of new employee.
• Monitor progress and motivate all team members and provide necessary advice.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with coworkers and Candidates.
• Ability to handle multiple projects for several clients at the same time.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in recruitment role who can lead a team of recruiters.
• Proven 2 years of leadership experience with managing Teams.
• Expert knowledge of all interview, assessment, and selection techniques.
• Knowledge of trends in IT market.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Romanian and English.
