Global Collaboration and Team Integration:
- Part of a global sourcing team: You will become an integral part of our global sourcing team, working closely with colleagues from different parts of the world.
- International teamwork: Collaborate with team members from Scandinavian countries, the UK, Poland, Portugal, France, and beyond.
- Sourcing Team Romania: Our Romania sourcing team is responsible for delivering IT consultants to clients worldwide, providing you with the opportunity to work on projects for diverse international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search, recruit, and manage international IT professionals: Identify and attract top talent in the IT sector.
- Facilitate matching IT specialists with prestigious companies: Ensure a perfect fit between candidates and clients.
- Conduct contract negotiations: Independently manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
- Monitor and analyze market trends in the IT industry: Stay up-to-date with industry developments to make informed recruitment decisions.
- Contribute to the further development of our recruitment processes: Continuously improve our methods and strategies.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Motivated personality: At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment, preferably in contracting.
- Independent and responsible: Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks.
- Candidate-oriented approach with a sales mentality: Focused on finding the best matches for candidates and clients.
- Strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting: Proactive and business-minded.
- Fluency in spoken and written English: Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in an international environment: Comfortable working with diverse teams and clients.
