Your role and responsibilities
As a Global Implementation Manager your main goal will be to coordinate together with Business and Service Managers a consistent approach to implementation of cross-organizational processes and tools on global level to drive efficiency, harmonization and create added value to the customer. You will be mainly accountable for: • Lead a team of Implementation Managers working globally for the RACS business and countries, with implementation/rollouts of processes and tools including training. • Drive the implementation of service strategy in the designated area by defining the detailed objectives, key results and milestones of the strategic initiative in collaboration with the relevant service management and by monitoring progress of defined projects and activities. • Ensure alignment with all other related strategic initiatives. • Coordinate with the relevant service management teams and other initiative leads to define activities, guidelines, the scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and de-tailed work allocation. • Develop personal relationships with the relevant stakeholders and effectively communicates with all of them. • Work closely with Service teams to understand topics, challenges, and leading practices, jointly monitors implementation and shares lessons learned. • Ensure compliance with health, safety and integrity policies in own area of responsibility.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IS/IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role;
• At least 3 years of experience in management/leadership experience;
• Experience in stakeholder management – ability to build trust and relationships;
• Excellent communication and influencing skills;
• Change management – get buy in and drive change!;
• Strategic mindset.
