Process analyst is responsible for leading the process design and transformation initiatives within the organization, ensuring the application of overall strategy and driving process excellence. This role requires transformation and innovation management skills, understanding of business processes and analytical capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess experience in transformation management, leadership capabilities and a strong analytical mindset.

Your mission in the role will be:

• Develop and apply the overall strategy for process design and transformation to support organizational goals.
• Design and re-engineer core business processes to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Plan and implement process transformation initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor the successful execution of transformation initiatives.
