Contribute to the global supply chain as subject matter expert
Reporting to the VP Global Supply Chain & Procurement, you will be part of an engaged supply chain team of six colleagues responsible for all aspects of the supply chain and a broad variety of supply chain projects, globally and cross-functionally. As Supply Chain Specialist, you will have a broad, versatile and dual role as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in packaging combined with managing and optimizing various supply chain projects. You will have a substantial influence in shaping your job and broadening the scope as you gain deeper familiarity with Pharmacosmos.

Supply chain professional with project management experience
We expect you to have proven experience with supply chain operations, demonstrating your ability to manage and optimize processes and projects effectively. Your educational background is not essential, but you can come with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field, which will provide the foundational knowledge in this role.

Personally, you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as you will be required to assess complex situations and implement practical solutions. Your quality- and result-oriented mindset, coupled with a hands-on approach, will be vital in maintaining high standards throughout the supply chain. Furthermore, excellent communication and teamwork abilities are expected, as you will collaborate and coordinate closely with various stakeholders, both internal teams and external partners. You possess a commercial and proactive mindset, along with a drive to learn and grow within the organization, will be key to your ongoing success and development in this role.
