Join us as Nordic Head of Verticals and Enterprise Customers for our new business unit SI Buildings, where you will lead the charge in optimizing digital sales strategies and expanding partnerships across key verticals. The Buildings Business Unit operates in over 60 countries and spans industries such as healthcare, data centers, higher education, commercial real estate, and life sciences. Our portfolio includes innovative building control, fire safety, security, automation, and digital solutions, including Building X, our platform for smart, sustainable building management.

Your role will focus on accelerating digital and software-driven solutions to transform our customers' infrastructure, helping them reduce emissions, lower costs, and enhance operational efficiency through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Verticals and Enterprise Sales team to drive revenue growth by developing Go-to-Market strategies for digital and software solutions, targeting both existing customers and semi-warm leads.
  • Strategically analyze market trends and developments, both commercial and technical, to identify opportunities for digital transformation.
  • Oversee the global evaluation of best practices in key verticals, ensuring the identification of innovative digital solutions that set industry benchmarks.
  • Contribute actively to business development plans for digital solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.
  • Use data-driven insights to plan sales strategies and guide your team, ensuring accurate CRM forecasts and supporting informed decision-making.
  • Enhance the product and after-sales experience by leveraging customer feedback and market analysis to optimize digital solutions.
  • Support contract negotiations with strategic insights derived from market and customer data.
  • Mentor and train the sales team, improving their expertise in digital solutions and optimizing sales processes with cutting-edge tools.

  • You thrive on using data-driven insights from CRM and marketing tools to refine your strategy and optimize impact.
  • Passionate about innovation and technology, you leverage digital tools to enhance the customer journey and overall sales process.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, digital sales platforms, and experience with marketing automation tools to support the sales process.
