Senior Business Analyst for Debt Management Development

We are looking for an excellent Business Analyst to join a great Tribe, Debt Management Development, where we develop and support the bank with IT-solution within all processes around Debt Management and related capabilities.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer different seniority of the role.

Some of the tasks in the role could be

• Working in cross-functional agile squad, which is responsible for our credit solutions within Debt Management
• Identifying business needs and translating them into clear goals, breaking these goals down into stories for developers
• Questioning existing practices and processes, looking for ways how to optimize them within our systems, adhering to the compliance and regulatory demands within the area
• Bridging developers and business area stakeholders to ensure quick and efficient collaboration
• Proactively seek solutions for improving processes and reduce operational and financial risk
• Providing domain knowledge, maintaining backlog, and testing

Qualifications and Requirements
Throughout your work you will be able to demonstrate that you can see the bigger picture and understanding actual underlying business problems and needs. You will do this through applying your analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse and document different information and test solutions with attention to detail. Strong coordination skills and a can-do mindset is also valued.

We value a customer-centric mindset and ownership of deliveries together with good stakeholder management and communication skills.

We imagine you have;

• experience as a business analyst, or other relevant experience in the business
• experience with Agile and Scrum practices
• domain knowledge
• great interpersonal skills and are a true team-oriented person
• good written and verbal communication skills in English
