Convey ECCO values in a wide array of graphic design products
With your base at our HQ in Tønder, Denmark, you will join our Brand Studio division – more specifically, the Arts & Graphics team. We execute the graphic direction for ECCO to be used by millions of consumers in their journey through our eCommerce and stores across 99 countries and 2,250 ECCO shops.

Embracing ECCO's values of Scandinavian style, sustainability, innovation, and design, you will play a key role in following projects through from concept and handover to final approval. In short, you will ensure the integrity of the creative concept is kept in focus throughout the design and production process.

Working with an approximately 50/50 split between digital and print productions, you will:

• Translate design vision and art direction into specific content and assets for off and online purposes
• Assist in developing key sales collateral: POS, lookbooks, sell-in and mock-up requests
• Enhance, create, and deliver against key seasonal stories for campaign messaging in-store, website needs, email marketing, PR initiatives, digital ads and on-site events
• Collaborate with marketing managers across the world, who will be requesting design tasks
• Ensure the localisation of marketing materials across 25 language layers

Structured mindset and InDesign proficiency
You thrive in an organised workday and feel elated when you can check assignments off the list. Also, you enjoy communicating and cooperating with people around the world, supported by your respect for other cultures.

We also imagine that you:

• Are proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite – especially InDesign but also Photoshop and Illustrator – if you also know your way around Premiere, XD and After Effects, it´s an advantage
• Have a diverse portfolio showcasing your solid graphic skills within digital and print work as well as user-centred visual design
• Have some years of experience – e.g. from an agency, working with fashion, footwear, or the lifestyle industry, though we are open to other entries into the job
