Identity Specialist – Unified Identity Management, Modern Workplace - GN Audio Poland.
You will be part of the Unified Identity Management team which are responsible for managing our Active Directory, Entra ID, and Office 365 environments.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Manage and maintain the company's Active Directory, Entra ID, and Office 365 environments, including user accounts, groups, permissions, and access policies.
- Implement and enforce security measures to protect the company's identity data and prevent unauthorized access or data breaches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve identity-related issues, including user login problems, password resets, and authentication failures.
- Develop and implement identity policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
- Stay up to date with emerging identity technologies and trends, and provide recommendations for improving the company's identity infrastructure.
- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure that the company's identity infrastructure is integrated with other systems and applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users on identity-related issues and develop documentation and training materials as needed.
We are open to your background and experience and imagine that you have:
- Experience in managing and maintaining Active Directory, Entra ID, and Office 365 environments.
- Good understanding of identity management concepts, including authentication, authorization, and federation.
- Experience with identity-related security technologies, such as multi-factor authentication, conditional access, and identity protection.
- Experience with Exchange online and Defender for Office such as mail trail review, mail header analysis, email authentication and policies.
- Experience with setup, maintenance and troubleshooting SSO apps.
- Good understanding of zero trust principles and security best practices.
- Knowledge of identity governance and administration tools and concepts.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other IT teams and stakeholders.
- High problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify complex issues and identify root causes.
- Fluent written and spoken English skills (as an international organization with colleagues in over 50 different countries, our official company language is English. It’s essential that you can communicate effortlessly with your colleagues, no matter where they are).

As our new Identity Specialist, you will be working closely with both business-, and technology stakeholders in an agile working model. You will be working remotely from Poland, with a team and manager located in Ballerup, Denmark.
