Danske Bank is looking for a senior candidate with the right skills and positive mindset to join our team on a full-time basis. We provide non-financial risk management advisory and support to a highly prioritized area in the bank, which is responsible for building the future debt collection solution to help customers who are facing financial difficulties.
The Risk Steam is part of the 1st line of defence for the Debt Management Development tribe. We practice a strong team culture and learning mind-set with a focus on your personal and professional development. Our work location is split between the brand-new central Copenhagen office in Postbyen and Lersø Parkallé.
Your responsibilities
- Work in cross-functional project teams
- Establish and keep relationships with key stakeholders
- Guide the project through GIA audit and external authorities risk oversight
- Manage the risk oversight of our debt collection agency
- Support the team in other non-financial risk management tasks including risk assessments and controls framework development
- Continuously improve our methodology to ensure it is efficient and in line with Danske Bank and industry standards
A great match
- Academic background in Risk & Compliance, Economics, Audit, Business Management, or similar
- 4+ years of non-financial risk management experience
- Great understanding of enterprise risk management, risk governance and controls methodology
- Solid experience with external or internal audit, either as auditor or auditee
- Proven stakeholder communication and reporting skills
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Goal-oriented with strong analytical skills
