Work tasks
Deliver Sales Results: Reach sales targets through high client activity, building trustworthy client relationships and closing deals. Follow the set standards in our business system and secure business focus throughout the process, from prospecting to closing deals.

  • Prospecting for new clients: Take a creative approach to finding new clients, using our prospecting tools and diverse channels to connect with new companies and contacts.
  • Sales Meetings: Book meetings through cold-calling and conduct sales meetings with both new and existing clients. Aim to meet or exceed activity targets.
  • Business Understanding and Needs Analysis: Continuously learn about and keep up to date with clients and their industries, understanding their needs and converting them into business opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition and Portfolio Growth: Continuously add new clients to your client portfolio and expand contacts within existing client companies.
  • Handling Complex Business Opportunities: As you become more experienced, manage prospects and clients with more complex business opportunities—E.g. Talent Advisory, Upskilling and Reskilling, Frame Agreements, etc.
  • Client Satisfaction: Establish and develop trustful client relationships, focusing on creating long-term relationships. Organize and participate in client events. Ensure client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service to be every client's first choice.
  • Collaboration with coworkers: Work closely with Consultant Managers, Recruitment Managers and Staffing & Recruitment Assistants to ensure good collaboration and deliver the best possible service to our clients. Cooperate with the client teams to develop our most important clients.
  • Living our Core Values: Be a role model in living our core values, using creativity and initiative to always give your best. We are looking for

  • You with a post-secondary education, e.g. university or higher vocational education program, preferably within sales, business, marketing, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in B2B sales with documented results as a strong performer.
  • Experience working towards KPIs and challenging goals.
  • Experience working continuously with client satisfaction and understanding client needs.
  • Fluent in Danish, both spoken and written. Additionally, English is our business language and proficiency in this is also essential.

It is meritorious if you have

  • Experience from a staffing or consultant company or similar working with larger enterprises and/or public sector clients.
  • A driver's license is considered desirable for the position.

Knowledge can be gained through education, experience or self-taught.
