Do you want to be part of developing industrial internet solutions for Global Tissue Service and work in a fantastic team? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
As a Performance Center Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers in the tissue industry globally. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and colleagues worldwide to use big data and digital solutions to improve customers’ performance and business results.

Your main tasks and responsibilities:

• Online support on demand: Be the first point of contact for our customers and provide quick and prioritized support for their production line. You will have support from Valmet’s expert team.
• Monitor and evaluate process data: Help our customers optimize their productivity by analyzing and interpreting data.
• Develop digital solutions: Continuously improve our capabilities and digital offerings to meet customer needs.
• Communication and collaboration: Work closely with the Valmet team and customer teams to deliver digital on-site service.

We are looking for someone who has:

• An M.Sc. or B.Sc. in relevant technology, such as paper or computer science.
• A team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Analytical skills and comfort in providing recommendations based on data and on-site observations.
• Knowledge in Matlab or Python programming is an advantage.
