Senior Operational Support Manager - Esbjerg Dairy Center

“You will be part of a dairy where we are good at collaborating across all departments and be part of a dairy of approx. 500 colleagues on 2 production sites who produce some of the products of the future, including Milka® and long-lasting dairy products such as Starbucks®, Cocio®, Matilde® og Karolines Køkken®Jörd®as well as other of our good products. How you will make an impact
In this role you referring directly to Site Director and you approach situations with an open mind-set and with your involving style, you always focus on finding the right solutions in relation to quality and food safety. You have a strategic mindset and handle complex issues with a good mood.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Accountable for the portfolio management of projects – operational and CAPEX and ensuring the ONE CI and LEAN processes are effectively managed.
• Provides strategic input to the Leadership Team and is key point of contact for support functions.
• Prepare business cases, presentations and updates to the Leadership Team regarding projects and site development plans.
• Drives Master Plan and coordinates the delivery of the project portfolio at the site, ensures all projects follow the agreed process and relevant systems are used effectively.
• Supports development and usage of Power BI reporting and other digital tools with the related Business Partners.

Furthermore, you have good communication skills and excel at creating long-term relations both internally and externally and expect 15 -20 travel days a year, primarily DK, Germany and the Netherlands.

You have good communication skills and work in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders & site representatives.

You are motivated by challenges status quo in order to ensure continuous improvements, including lean initiatives, efficiency programs and the establishment of an improvement culture. You lead the ONE CI tracking process and governance. You consider yourself to be a team player and have proven lateral leadership.

Furthermore you;

• Hold a degree as Master of Dairy Science and Technology, Dairy Technician/Process Technologist or similar.
• Have a financial understanding and experience in various IT tools.
• Can demonstrate a high level of self-motivation & creativity as well as determination to deliver results despite obstacles and setbacks.
• Owns the LEAN framework and Arla Performance System and take leadership in developing, anchoring and role modelling a lean and change culture.
• Are experienced in managing complexity and working in the matrix.
• Acts as the key contact and coordinator for support functions and optimize interfaces.
