about the role
On behalf of Clear Channel Danmark A/S, we are seeking a dynamic Product Specialist to take charge in managing and optimizing their product data. You will own the lifecycle of product and inventory management, ensuring their inventory system is accurate and efficient for a guaranteed smooth development and packaging process.

That means, that in this role you will not only focus on improving data quality and structure, but also work on refining processes for better efficiency. As the vital link between the commercial and operational teams, you will collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders in order to optimize inventory usage and help create the most market-relevant and profitable products.

responsibilities
Based at their office in Christianshavn, Copenhagen, you will be a key player in driving the success of Clear Channel's product management efforts. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Create, maintain, and manage product and asset data
• Proactively update their inventory system when panels are newly built and/or removed to ensure a well-functioning development and packaging process
• Improve and maintain a high data quality and structure for their products and assets
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization
• Continuously update and optimize their product offerings in line with new developments or inventory adjustments
• Guarantee that all product-related information and tools are kept current and accessible for internal and external stakeholders
• Provide internal teams with the most current product information materials and tools to support the internal success

In addition to these tasks above, you will take a strategic, big-picture perspective and challenge existing processes to drive continuous improvement.

You are a structured and detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing data and processes. You possess strong project management skills and are adept at maintaining a big-picture perspective while collaborating across teams to ensure everyone is working towards a common goal.

You thrive in a dynamic environment, engaging with diverse stakeholders, driving clear communication, and ensuring that processes are continually improved. As a solutions-oriented and analytical individual, you have a structured approach to optimizing and analyzing data for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

• Relevant education and a minimum of 3 years of experience from a similar role
• Experience in ERP systems and comfortable learning new applications and working with databases
• Strong Excel skills
• Confident in speaking English, Danish language skills are preferred but not a requirement
