Senior Contract Manager for Future S-Bane at DSB

S-Banen is one of the areas where DSB will take a huge step in the coming years: Over the next 15 years, the current S-Bane will be transformed from a traditional city rail into a fully automated driverless transport system: "The future S -Bane".

On behalf of DSB, Bencke & Partners is searching for a Senior Contract Manager. Right now, DSB are in a "competitive dialogue" process, therefore your main focus will be to prepare commercial and contractual conditions and to negotiate these requirements with bidders.

You will have ample opportunity for development, as DSB works in a matrix organization with many backgrounds and skills and with a modern learning culture, where feedback and "lessons learned" are particularly high on the agenda.

You will work closely not only with your Contract Manager colleagues but also with the entire project team, our advisers and eventually our suppliers.

Who is LCTM?
You will be part of the Legal Commercial Tender Management team, which is part of the Legal & Commercial Contract Management department.

There is a wide diversity in the team, where some are engineers and others have a legal background. LCTM is part of a department with many different nationalities and English is therefore often spoken.

The working environment is characterized by a good atmosphere with room for sparring, knowledge sharing and good humor.

An overview of some of your tasks
You will work with the project called Supporting Systems (SuSy), which is a project under the program Future S-Bane.

You will be responsible for handling contractual terms from A to Z.

• Ensure that all processes are in place in relation to the SuSy contract, from identification of needs to follow-up on the supplier's contractual obligations.
• Develop commercial models, prepare payment plans, draft commercial requirements and requirements related to contractual follow-up.
• Draft negotiation and decision proposals and participate in status, performance, and negotiation meetings with the suppliers during the tender processes.
• Prepare DSB’s contract management system, CLM, for the final contract.
• Focus on the experiences from projects in post-signing phases and based on these, adjust, and optimize the ongoing tender process.

Your profile

• Experience with contract management, and preferably with it-contracts
• Combined your professional experience with relevant higher education
• Communicate professionally in English, both written and spoken, and you have experience with contracts in English
• Take ownership, are structured and have focus on details
