This position reports to
Service Business Process Manager

Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to own specific service business processes and lead the execution of the needed process changes. Each day, you will define, and track rollout plans and ensure user adoption, business case realization and management support. You will also showcase your expertise by demonstrating sound knowledge of business processes within the relevant industry and acting as an expert in realizing the business's long-term objectives. Main stakeholders are {insert main stakeholder groups if available}. You will be mainly accountable for: Listening to the process user and customer feedback to identify development areas of the process and build the business case for process changes by identifying expected benefits. Following up the process KPIs to identify continuous improvement needs of the process. Ensuring and supporting implementation of the process across the organization. Driving change management by quantifying the user and customer value of the process.
