So what is the role about? 👨👩👧👦
We are seeking a committed and passionate sales leader to join us as one of our two Team Managers for the Account Execution department. Our Account Executives are the revenue makers and their primary responsibility is to close deals within the SMB market. As the Account Executive Team Manager, you'll lead a team of 5-10 Account Executives, helping them reach their targets while keeping their development and well-being top of mind. At Eletive, we’re all about creating workplaces where people thrive, and you'll play a big part in making that happen. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Team Leadership: Coach and inspire your team to hit their targets, grow professionally, and build a high-energy, positive culture.
- Sales Strategy: Lead the team in forecasting, account mapping, and strategic sales initiatives, working with leadership to hit goals.
- Performance Optimization: Leverage tools like GetAccept, Gong and Hubspot to track progress, analyze data, and continuously improve team performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams like Business Development, Customer Experience, and Product to ensure everything clicks and customers get an amazing experience.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up with HR Tech trends and sales methodologies bringing fresh ideas and innovations to keep the team on the cutting edge.
To thrive in the role we believe that you have...🌟
- 3+ years of sales experience in a global organization, in SaaS or a fast-growing scale-up.
- Experience in expanding into new markets is beneficial but not essential.
- Extensive Sales Leadership experience, demonstrating a proven track record of effectively managing and developing teams, with a strong commitment to fostering growth and success over time.
- Solid experience working with CRM systems like HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Strong skills in forecasting and creating structure to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage and inspire your team and stakeholders.
- A conscientious, detail-oriented approach to your work.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- A valid work permit.
