CBM Technician/Specialist, Offshore

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform proper works coordination, activities reporting, equipment condition analysis, in view of maintaining and optimizing the operations and the equipment performance.
• Participate in the preparation and reporting for CBM entity activities including issuance of dashboards and reports.
• Prepare work for safe execution (PtW, required documentation, need for isolation/inhibits/support from other trades, TBT, site visit, …).
• Monitor the functioning of tools and equipment placed under his/her responsibility.
• Carry out, at the CBM Engineers’ request, any intervention within his/her field of competence.

Qualifications :

• Professional experience: 5 years in Oil & Gas environment
• 5 years’ experience in Condition Based and Predictive Maintenance
• Experience in maintenance support and especially in field maintenance capacity
• Good knowledge of planning tools, and of CMIMS tools (preferably SAP based)
• BSc in Engineering
• Vibration ISO Cat II Certification, based on the ISO 18436-2
• English Bright: 3,5 or equivalent (CEFR B2)

Nøgleansvar:

• Udføre korrekt koordinering af arbejde, rapportering af aktiviteter og analyse af udstyrs tilstand med henblik på at opretholde og optimere driften og udstyrets ydeevne.
• Deltage i forberedelsen og rapporteringen af CBM-enhedens aktiviteter, herunder udarbejdelse af dashboards og rapporter.
• Forberede arbejde til sikker udførelse (PtW, påkrævet dokumentation, behov for isolation/inhibering/støtte fra andre fagområder, TBT, sitebesøg osv.).
• Overvåge funktionen af værktøjer og udstyr under hans/hendes ansvar.
• Udføre, efter anmodning fra CBM-ingeniørerne, enhver intervention inden for hans/hendes kompetenceområde.

Kvalifikationer:

• 5 års erhvervserfaring i olie- og gasbranchen.
• 5 års erfaring med tilstandsbaseret og prædiktivt vedligehold.
• Erfaring med vedligeholdelsesstøtte, især inden for feltvedligeholdelseskapacitet.
• God viden om planlægningsværktøjer og CMIMS-værktøjer (helst SAP-baseret).
• BSc i ingeniørvidenskab.
• ISO Cat II vibrationscertificering, baseret på ISO 18436-2.
• Engelsk Bright: 3,5 eller tilsvarende (CEFR B2).
