Would you like to be part of a fast-moving environment and shape the strategic agenda as a member of Products and Development Office (P&D Office) in Personal Banking? We are now looking for a Management Partner with strong project management skills and banking knowledge to join our great team.

About this opportunity
Welcome to P&D Office, which was established a year ago and is a small Nordic organisation supporting the Products & Development Unit (P&D) in offering great products and services to our Personal Banking customers. We serve the critical purpose of building a bridge and strong cooperation between all relevant areas in P&D, ensuring focus on optimising efficiencies and insights across our products and customer journeys. The team has three key areas; Product Management, Pricing & Reporting and Initiatives.

As a Management Partner you will be involved in driving highly prioritised projects and initiatives across the P&D organisation and building P&D’s Product Management capability. The initiatives will vary and include strategic, regulatory and tactical initiatives and collaboration with colleagues within and outside of P&D. You will also be working with the rest of the team to build our Product Management framework and capability within P&D. But most of all, you will be part of a small, senior and awesome team! What you’ll be doing:

  • Drive strategic initiatives and priorities supporting P&D across the Nordic countries
  • Develop, implement and follow-up on change initiatives in close collaboration with colleagues in the team and across P&D
  • Analyse and draw conclusion based on data and information, using a curious and open mindset
  • Build and develop P&D’s Product Management framework together with the team
  • Work together with relevant stakeholders within and outside of P&D to create impact and mutual understanding across the organization
  • Continuously support the team, have fun and contribute to improve of our ways of working

You’ll join a team in P&D Office, which consists of 7 colleagues who are always willing to offer support, sparring, feedback and fun days at work.

  • Have solid project management skills with a structured approach to planning and prioritizing
  • Are ambitious, have a strategic and strong execution mindset, and you have successfully been driving development initiatives with proven good results
  • Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills, bringing analysis and conclusions to life through presentations and material

Your experience and background:

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience with management consulting
  • Suitable educational background with a university degree such as Finance, Economics, that also shows keen interest in solving practical problems with analytical methods
  • Strong skills in communication (both written, visual and spoken), problem structuring, analytics and the ability to summarise complex stories into simple visuals are required
  • Bring analysis into clear conclusions and actions, being able to make something complex more simplistic and clear
  • Fluent Proficiency in English and at least one Nordic language, both spoken and written
