About the Role
This role is within our Global Digital & Business Services, a global unit with over 1900 employees in 44 countries, enables sustainable profitable growth for Essity by providing best-in-class services, scalable solutions, and operational efficiencies through Global Business Services (GBS) and Essity IT.
As a Senior SAP Business Analyst in our Idea to Solution team, you will embark on a great journey where your contributions will help us improve our IT services and create disruptive SAP solutions at scale!
You will be involved in the full product life cycle management, from consumer and customer insight-driven idea generation to solution development.

What You Will Do
Your main accountabilities and responsibilities will be:
- Drive breakdown of business requirements, by conducting workshops or key meetings to capture business requirements and perform as-is analysis, to develop comprehensive requirement specifications that will determine the estimate of cost, time and resources based on standard templates
- Assist with the design and implementation of SAP S4/HANA
- Propose and drive implementation of system improvements
- Ensure close collaboration and communication with all stakeholders
- Provide expertise and guidance in product lifecycle management to others and actively share best practices
- Collaborate with and coordinate external resources
- Continuously review and edit requirements, specifications and recommendations related to a proposed solution
- Work with the project manager architects and developers to define metrics and performance goals for the solution
- Arrange training and conduct end user training
What You Need
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree, preferably in an Engineering or IT-related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product lifecycle management (ideally), Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing
- Basic understanding of SAP solutions in the above listed areas
- Advanced knowledge of SAP Recipe Development, Document Management, Requirements Management (EPD), Material Master, Master Data Governance (MDG)
- Industry experience in FCMG and/or Medical/Pharma/Life science is appreciated
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English, additional language(s) skills would be beneficial
- Good knowledge in Agile Methodology or Hybrid implementation methodology
- Ability to travel approx.. 25%
