Are you ready to take responsibility for SAP solutions within logistics and production in a company with global ambitions? If so, this might be the perfect role for you!

We are looking for a new IT Manager to lead an international team of SAP consultants. Your team, consisting of 10 consultants located in Denmark and Germany, supports key business processes within logistics and production using SAP modules such as MM, PP-PI, LE, WM, EWM, and QM. The team also supports and manages several 3rd party applications for transportation planning, storage bin management, recipe integration and quality management.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage an international SAP team across Denmark and Germany
• Ensure daily support and operations of critical business applications
• Act as SCRUM master for the DLG backlog and contribute to improving agile processes
• Support our greenfield implementation of SAP S4Hana
• Manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee third-party suppliers and ensure stable solutions for the business

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and the ability to unite and motivate a team. You have experience in driving change and can balance both strategic and operational tasks effectively. You are also skilled at supporting the business in developing and challenging business cases by understanding their needs and providing well-rounded, standardized solutions that align with our goals as a global company.

Qualifications:

• Solid IT foundation and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Experience working in international organizations
• Familiarity with SCRUM and agile methodologies
• Leadership experience is an advantage, but most importantly, you are motivated to grow in this area
• Fluency in English is required, and at least proficiency in German or Danish as well
