In this position, you will work closely with our software development teams, ensuring that security is embedded into every stage of the development lifecycle. You will lead efforts to integrate secure coding practices, conduct code reviews, and guide threat modeling for all applications at ARLA. Your expertise will help us ensure our software meets the highest security standards.

How you will make an impact

• Lead secure software development initiatives across ARLA’s global operations,
• Implement secure SDLC practices, from design to deployment,
• Conduct code reviews and vulnerability assessments to ensure secure coding standards,
• Educate developers on secure coding practices, such as OWASP Top 10,
• Collaborate with security, IT, and development teams to ensure security is built into every project.
  

What will make you successful

• An expert in secure software development with deep knowledge of secure coding principles,
• Proven experience in integrating security into the SDLC,
• Hands-on experience with programming languages like Java, Python, or .NET,
• Certifications like CSSLP, CISSP, or CEH are highly regarded,
• Excellent communicator and problem solver with a passion for application security.

Educational background
