We are looking for Experienced Engineers to strengthen our Telecom department. As an Experienced Telecom Engineer you will define, specify and design telecom systems and be a key in our exciting and growing portfolio.
About the position
In this position, you can hold various roles within the telecom discipline. Be responsible for deliveries in the projects and work closely with other disciplines to achieve the project’s goals.
Responsibilities and tasks include
- Responsible for interfaces between instrumentation/electro/automation
- Responsible for vendor packages and telecom systems
- Multidiscipline Interface and collaboration with site
- Designing solutions according to our client's requirements
- Follow up vendors and participate in test activities
- Interface to other disciplines, suppliers, and client
- Perform and complete engineering documents and data registers
Qualifications
- Bachelor/master’s degree within Telecom or equivalent
- Proven experience within telecom system design
- Ability to understand and implement requirements stated in new standards
Personal qualities
- Fluent communication in Norwegian and English
