Join Lime Technologies as we expand in the Netherlands and kickstart your sales career with us! We’re a growing Swedish company specializing in CRM systems, and we’re looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and help drive our success in the Dutch market.

Our Utrecht office is a friendly team of experienced professionals and fresh talent, where collaboration and growth go hand in hand. We believe in achieving great results while maintaining a positive work environment. With flexible office days (3 days a week preferred) and regular team events, we create a space where you can thrive and enjoy the journey.

As part of our dynamic team, you’ll have the chance to contribute to our success in the Netherlands, supported by 500 colleagues across Europe, including 75 in sales. If you're looking for a rewarding role where your efforts can truly make a difference, Lime is the place for you!

What You Will Do

  • Engage with medium and large enterprises, connecting with key decision-makers across the country.
  • Prospect for new leads and help turn potential into valuable partnerships.
  • Build relationships through effective networking and collaboration with the sales team.
  • Participate in industry conferences and trade shows to represent Lime and showcase our solutions.
  • Assist in customer meetings, both in-person and virtual, to help deepen client connections.
  • Work alongside experienced colleagues to learn how to enhance customer workflows and provide valuable solutions.

Skills & Requirements
What You Bring

  • A passion for sales and customer acquisition, with a desire to learn the full sales cycle.
  • Some experience in B2B sales is a plus, especially within the SaaS environment, but not required.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate confidently in both languages.
  • A willingness to engage with decision-makers and learn how to deliver compelling presentations.
  • A proactive, goal-driven mindset and eagerness to embrace new challenges.

A Great Start
With our comprehensive onboarding program, you will receive training in our products, sales techniques, and customer service skills. You’ll become an expert in making businesses more efficient and profitable, gaining exposure to various sectors and industries from day one.

The Process
We’re continuously on the lookout for the right fit! Our recruitment process involves screening CVs and cover letters, followed by interviews and a practical case study. Our process concludes with a final chat with our CEO, Nils.
