Kassow Robots is a dynamic player in the robotics industry, building and developing a unique range of collaborative robot arms.
This is a full-time or part-time, on-site role for a Logistics and Sales Support Intern at Kassow Robots located in Copenhagen. The role has a strong focus on data analysis and involves a variety of tasks associated with the production and delivery of robotic systems, primarily working with diverse platforms such as Power BI, ERP and logistics portals, as well as dynamic communication
Common tasks include:
• Administering delivery documentation and statistics.
• Supporting in communication with the sales department as well as intercompany customers, especially regarding shipping status updates.
• Supporting in internal processes between production, warehouse and sales, especially with data lookup and/or update as well as data analysis and dashboards.
• Preparation of data and support in CBAM reporting (CBAM = Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism of the EU).
• Troubleshooting, solving issues, and implementing improvements in the sales and administrative processes.
Qualifications
• A study or degree in a commercial discipline such as Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain or IT is required.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel are mandatory.
• Good understanding of data collection, entry, and management across different platforms.
• Knowledge of statistical methods and the ability to analyse data to identify trends and potential issues.
• High attention to detail, reliability and time management.
• Fluency in English is required, and Danish is optional.
