Traceability Coordinator - Operations

GANNI IS SEEKING A STRUCTURED AND DETAIL-ORIENTED COORDINATOR WITH GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO MAP AND TRACK OUR GLOBAL SUPPLY CHAIN. THE POSITION IS 20 HOURS/WEEK AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR TO HIRE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

YOUR MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES AHEAD OF YOU
As the Traceability Coordinator, you will be gathering production documentation directly from our suppliers to map GANNI’s global supply chain. The transparency you will create throughout the supply chain will play a key part in our supplier selection and support our strategic development.

You will report directly to GANNI’s Quality and Compliance Manager, who will provide oversight and guidance. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with our ResponsibilityTeam frequently to help shape strategy and initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the company.

Responsibilities ahead of you:

• You will be responsible for tracing GANNI’s supply chain across our collections and products.
• You will gather and analyze supply chain information directly from GANNI’s tier 1, 2, and 3 suppliers.
• Based on your findings you will compile and share a quarterly report with key team members and senior management.
• Ad hoc tasks supporting the Product Development Team and Quality Manager.
  

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• You have knowledge of and interest in the field of CSR and ESG.
• You are analytical and highly organized.
• You enjoy doing hands-on tasks
• You have a high proficiency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• You are skilled in translating complex data into clear, simple insights and understandable for layman audiences.
• You have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• You are either a university graduate or currently studying.
