At Novonesis, you’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that provide enzymes and food ingredients to various industries. Your role will be integral in ensuring the security of our information technologies, making a tangible difference in protecting our green and innovative products.

Welcome to Security Architecture Team

Join a diverse and forward-thinking team of experts in IT and OT security. Our Security Architecture team not only designs robust security solutions, but also collaborates closely with the GRC and Cyber Defense Center teams to ensure a comprehensive security posture. We value innovation, cultural fit, and strategic impact, making our team an exciting place to grow and contribute.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Designing and implementing security measures for IT environments.

- Understanding modern technologies such as hybrid-cloud, virtualization, and AI

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to embed security requirements across the Novonesis value chain.

- Continuously improving security protocols based on emerging threats and vulnerabilities.

- Navigating high and low abstraction levels to design and apply layered security.

- Being proficient in reading, writing, and speaking in English.

Potentially relevant experience:
- Proven experience in IT security design, architecture.

- Strong understanding of Identify- and Access Management (IAM), network technology and common business application

- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST, ISO 27001, NIS2).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment as well as being self-propelled.

- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus but not required.
