The position
By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:
- Advise and support onshore plants within maintenance management and analysis.
- Perform maintenance management and analysis to drive improvements within safe and secure operations to support Equinor’s improvement agenda.
- Lead and participate in maintenance management projects in various areas; oil/gas and low carbon solutions, from early phase to implementation.
- Contribute to develop and standardize deliveries within maintenance management in projects and operation.
- Ensure implementation of improvements identified by analysis.
- Use digital opportunities to challenge and improve existing work processes.
- Contribute to development and implement strategies.
You

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within relevant discipline.
- At least three years of relevant experience within maintenance management and analysis disciplines.
- Experience leading a team is an advantage.
- Knowledge of digital tools, robotic process automation, programming and Power Platform.
- Ability to transform ideas and suggestions into concrete solutions and improvements.
- Strong in collaborations skills.
- Contribute actively to a good learning culture and experience sharing.
- Good written and oral communication skills, both in English and Norwegian.
- Strong ability to drive improvement processes involving various stakeholders in a matrix organization.
