Your role and responsibilities
If you want to utilize your project management skills and among others advance sustainability in the offshore industry, now is your chance. Your focus will be service and upgrade projects within automation and control systems delivered to primarily two key clients. You can look forward to a classical project management job with you as the one to ensure that we deliver high quality within agreed deadlines and budgets. As such, you will need your good project management DNA and your additional ability to foresee and assess opportunities and risks. Additionally, you will contribute to our movement towards a new organizational setup founded on agile methods and thinking. As part of this we want to take ongoing knowledge sharing and constructive feedback to the next level. Please note that you must live in Denmark to apply. Applications from candidates living abroad will not be considered. You are free to choose whether you want to be based in Esbjerg or Middelfart. Everywhere, we have hybrid workplace with flexible conditions. Your responsibilities: • Manage service projects from the tender phase to final delivery • Create and manage projects plans with on-going follow ups and adjustments when needed • Define competencies needed for your projects and allocate resources in dialogue with your Project Manager colleagues • Plan offshore trips for your engineering teams • Manage subcontractors and procure products and services for the projects • Ensure that documentation is in place in compliance with the offshore safety standards • Manage and report finances, progress, risks and other relevant matters in your projects – with financial help from your Project Controllers

Qualifications for the role

• Probably a technical education or experience that has provided you with technical understanding
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as Project Manager with MS Project and Excel as tools
• A mindset that mirrors the offshore industry’s complexity and additional demands for safety and documentation
• Maybe functional safety and cyber security knowledge or as minimum motivation for acquiring it
• A proactive and open working style including the ability to speak up in due time also when things not have turned out as planned
• Good communication skills in English. Danish skills are an advantage
• Motivation to learn SAP, if you do not know it already
