Graduate for QHSE Excellence
Ørsted
The Ørsted Global Graduate Programme is designed to unleash your potential. We offer you an intense two-year developmental journey where you’ll learn from experts within your field and get diverse project experience, develop transferable skills, and build a strong cross-functional network with other talents.
The graduate journey
Our Global Graduate Programme consists of three rotations, where you’ll solve business challenges, take responsibility for your own assignments, and engage in our day-to-day business decisions.
You’ll be rotating between the QHSE Assurance & Risk team and subsequently other QHSE departments, with a focus on processes, risk management, and in-house development of IT applications. In the QHSE Assurance & Risk team you’ll collaborate to design, develop, and implement digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Power Apps to streamline data analysis, reporting, and process automation within nonconformity and audit management. You’ll be an integral part of a team with competent and committed colleagues who’ll support you along the way. When you’ve completed the graduate programme, you’ll have concrete career opportunities within the QHSE departments.
You’ll play an important role in:
- preparing data models that support our risk-based approach to managing audits and nonconformities
- working with data analysis tools to deep dive into causes of nonconformities
- supporting the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, and Power Apps to streamline reporting
- contributing to creating the safest working environment for our personnel and our contractors.
To succeed in this role, you:
- have completed a master’s degree or equivalent in risk management, engineering, or a QHSE area before 1 September 2025
- have a maximum of one year of full-time, relevant work experience between your master's completion and 1 September 2025
- understand complex systems and management systems in general
- have an excellent analytical mindset with strong quantitative and problem-solving skills
- have a flair for stakeholder management and building relationships.
Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
